PRIVACY POLICY
MunkyKing respects your personal information. Your information is confidential as we do not give out any information to third parties, marketing companies, etc. We also do not sell, rent, barter or trade any of your personal information.
The information we collect through our order forms and contact pages includes your name, company name (if applicable), telephone number, order history, credit card info, expiration date, mailing address, email addresses, and comments. We use this information to process your orders, answer questions, and incorporate your suggestions into our services or products to make them better. All the information we collect from you remains protected and private within our own database system.
As part of being a customer at MunkyKing, you will occassionally receive email updates on special events and new merchandise. However, anyone who receives such emails always has the option to refuse any future notices by sending us an email with REMOVE in the subject line. This remove option is stated in all emails we send out.
SECURITY POLICY
We also understand that you may have concerns about using your credit card to make purchases online. Rest assured that when you order products from the MunkyKing website, your credit card information is protected. By using the widely-accepted Secure Socket Layers (SSL) encryption technology, we are able to keep your credit card number safe. Your credit card information cannot be read by another party as it travels to our ordering system.

DELIVERY METHOD
Domestic: We ship all domestic orders via UPS. Rates and shipment time vary according to final destinations and type of service (ie: Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground). Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.
We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground for all domestic orders. Please take order processing time into account when selecting your shipping method.
International: Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. MunkyKing is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.
Because of the difficulty in automatically estimating shipping for international orders, the final shipping price may vary from the price quoted on the invoice. If the actual price is significantly higher than the price on the invoice, our shipping department will contact you with a revised shipping quote. You may elect to accept the new quote and pay the difference, or ask for a refund.
If the buyer refuses shipment for any reason, we will refund the buyer for their purchase, minus the freight cost, once we receive the return.
International orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) via two methods: Priority and Expedited. We recommend using USPS Expedited as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in transit (not held in Customs.) We will handle each situation on case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service department at sales@munkyking.com to process your claim.
