Domestic: We ship all domestic orders via UPS. Rates and shipment time vary according to final destinations and type of service (ie: Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and Ground). Packages shipped using UPS are trackable and insured. If your parcel is not delivered as promised, we can issue a replacement or refund for you. Unfortunately, UPS does not service P.O. Box or APO addresses.

We offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Ground for all domestic orders. Please take order processing time into account when selecting your shipping method.

International: Buyers are fully responsible for complying with their country's laws, customs regulations, taxes, and duties. MunkyKing is not responsible for packages delayed or detained in Customs.

Because of the difficulty in automatically estimating shipping for international orders, the final shipping price may vary from the price quoted on the invoice. If the actual price is significantly higher than the price on the invoice, our shipping department will contact you with a revised shipping quote. You may elect to accept the new quote and pay the difference, or ask for a refund.  

If the buyer refuses shipment for any reason, we will refund the buyer for their purchase, minus the freight cost, once we receive the return.

International orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) via two methods: Priority and Expedited.  We recommend using USPS Expedited as these packages are insured and traceable door-to-door. If your parcel is shipped by an insured or traceable method, we will replace or refund any shipments that are lost in transit (not held in Customs.)
